COVID 19 Update

Due to the changes in the government response to COVID-19 Mandalay sales office will remain open, however it will be by appointment only.

The health and wellbeing of our customers and community is our utmost priority and we have put in place additional measures to protect our residents, customers, and employees.

We thank you once again for your continued support and understanding as we work through this unprecedented situation.



Due the pandemic classification of COVID-19 by World Health Organisation, we have put in place measures to ensure that our sales office environment is both a safe space for our clients along with our team members.

So please observe the below updated conditions to entry, and note that if you meet any of the below conditions that you are not currently able to access our sales office space.

  • If you have been in close contact with someone who has a confirmed case of COVID-19
  • If you have travelled to/ from/ through any countries identified as high risk by the Australian Government Department of Health and the Australian Government Department if Foreign Affairs & Trade, in the last 14 days; currently these include mainland China, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Mongolia and Iran (current as of 15th of March)
  • If you or anyone you have been in contact with in the past 14 days have travelled to/ from/ through the high-risk countries as identified by the Federal Government agencies
  • If you are experiencing any flu like symptoms


To help limit the spread of COVID-19 our sales team member will: 
  • Not physically greet you ie. Shake hands
  • Will keep a distance of 1.5m or greater
  • Not share any stationary or devices
